Cluster Analysis Service

EDDS has created association with another innovative economic development company: Geneva Analytics.  We are partnering with Geneva Analytics (Beavercreek, Ohio) in providing a comprehensive package of economic development services to the City of Newton Falls, Ohio.

Geneva Analytics is providing a very sophisticated cluster analysis of industries in and surrounding Newton Falls.  The analysis will provide a report on the existing clusters in a geographic area including the Cleveland, Akron, Youngstown and Canton areas, and contact information on companies within the respective clusters.  The cluster study identifies those companies which are likely to be under some type of economic or market stress (i.e, those that may be at risk or vulnerable to closing or moving to another community), and those about to expand. The cluster analysis is an outstanding tool for structuring an effective Business Retention and Expansion program.

EDDS will  update the Newton Falls webpages focusing on departmental services, providing new economic development webpages, our BARC® ELECTRIC Model, and a strategic planning retreat with the Planning Commission and City Manager.
